You can enjoy long walks in every kind of beautiful scenery from rolling hills and lush forests to sweeping beaches. Hangingshaw is on a designated cycle route and there is also world class mountain biking on the 7stanes, fantastic fishing and brilliant bird watching at Caerlaverock and Mersehead.
