We've had many guests through the years and they say that although our home is large home it is very cozy and they love our amenities and location. Our home offers a fire pit and hot tub. Three large screen HD TV's. There is plenty of room for larger groups with lots of bedrooms and two large common areas plus the backyard to relax and gab. The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic.
2 grocery stores within one mile; Pineview Park is just around the corner—a spacious park with lots of amenities; there is a river about half a mile from the house that can be waded and swam in (depending on time of year); a movie theater is a 5-minute drive; and there are many paved and dirt trails within 15 minutes of the home.
There iS 1 cat on the property, "Dynomite," who is extremely friendly. As he will be unfamiliar with you, he will likely keep to himself. Most of the time he mainly just lies around. He spends a lot of time outside—day and night. This cute guy is very patient with children. We kindly ask that you be gentle with our feline friend and monitor your children around him. You can put him outside day and night if you wish to keep him away. Or you can let him chill indoors. He really just goes with the flow. He's 12 years old.
