Inside, you'll love waking up in the bright and spacious living room before spending a day at the beach. Watch your favorite shows on the large flatscreen TV while the overhead ceiling fan circulates the central air conditioning, or head out to the balcony to watch the surfers from the comfort of an Adirondack chair. The full kitchen is loaded with stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator and a dishwasher, plus ample counter space and plenty of room to move around, so you'll have an easy time preparing tonight's dinner. The dining table has seating for four, and there are four barstools available at the breakfast bar for the kids to enjoy those quick snacks.
The private washer and dryer will keep everyone's laundry clean, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. Good thing too, because the boardwalks will take you right to beach access, so you'll be spending lots of time enjoying the sun and sand - don't forget the complimentary beach towels! After a full afternoon of sandcastles, come back to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower located at the pool area. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. Speaking of easy, the elevator makes this fifth-floor condo super-accessible and there is even step-free access to the bathrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite bath and balcony access.

Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
