Guests will enter into a common area where the property is separated into two units, 201A and 201B. This incredible spacious 5BR condominium includes TWO adjoining living areas, TWO kitchens and breathtaking gulf views. Recently renovated from floor to ceiling with BRAND NEW furniture, new mattresses, and TVs, there has been no detail left undone. Located on the ground floor, there is no need to take an elevator to get to the unit to unload, groceries or unpack. You can park and unload right outside the door, then permanently park your vehicle in the garage below. The building also includes a pool, fitness center and delicious onsite restaurant, Stacy's on The Beach, so you can grab take-out and a margarita on your way to the beach. Does it get any better?
201B is the unit to the right and contains two king bedrooms with two baths. Walking into the unit, you are immediately greeted by the brand-new upscale kitchen with stainless appliances and a stacked washer/dryer in the adjacent closet. Next to the kitchen is a dining room table with seating for six that leads into the light and airy living room with a sleeper sofa and plush seating that focuses on a 65” flat-screen TV. The living room looks out onto a balcony with east-facing views of the gulf.
The first king bedroom is to the right of the kitchen with new and luxurious furnishings and a flatscreen TV. Outside the first bedroom, there is a bathroom with a beautifully tiled, walk-in shower. The second king bedroom includes gulf views with a walkout access to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in closet, shower and tub.
Back out to the entryway, 201A is the three-bedroom unit and is connected to 201B via the entryway and also by a door in the living area. This unit is straight out of a home and living magazine. Walking into the unit, guests are greeted by a larger and equally spectacular kitchen with clean crisp countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is an additional dining area that seats eight at the main table, with seven barstools surrounding the kitchen, allowing the entire group to dine together. The dining area looks into the large living space with a plush sleeper-sofa and chairs, plus a 75” flat-screen TV. The living room leads to the corner balcony that has four dining chairs and four Adirondack chairs, perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. There is also an additional stacked washer and dryer in this unit by the kitchen.
The bedrooms in 201A are just as enchanting. Adjacent to the kitchen is the first king bedroom with a peek-a-boo view of the gulf. This bedroom leads into the jack-and-jill bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. To the right of the jack-and-jill bathroom is the stunning, custom-built bunk room with a full over queen bunk with plenty of space and lighting. The bunkroom is next to the fabulous and largest king room in the property. This lovely master has the feelings of a luxurious spa. There is a large king bed, spacious seating area and spectacular ensuite bath. The bathroom showcases a large soaker tub, walk-in glass shower and double vanity.
