The property complex consists of the main house, an adjacent pool house, a separate two-bedroom guest suite, and two hundred yards away is the second building with an upstairs bedroom and bath.
4 bedrooms have the convenience of having their own full bathroom, and access via separate entry ensuring that each guest will have a private, comfortable experience. The main house has 1 Master Bedroom with King Size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a full tub.
7 years+ "Mature children please" Children under 14 are not allowed to stay in the pool house and must be accompanied by an adult at the pool at all times. We don't allow large parties or gatherings on this property. Only registered guests can use the home.
There is a 5th bedroom with 2 Twin Beds that is connected to the Master Bathroom / Master Bedroom. There is NO PRIVACY between the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. This is meant to be a KIDS ROOM that parents don't mind sharing space with.
The Guest Suite has 1 Guest Bedroom with a King Size bed and 1 Guest Bedroom with a Queen Size bed. Both have en-suite bathrooms with combination tub/shower.
The adjacent pool house has a separate entry with a patio terrace, sleeps 2 with a very comfortable queen size sofa bed, private shower/bathroom.
There is a powder room located in the main house.
Indoor Rules:
NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE MAY SLEEP at the property as per the rental agreement. NO MORE THAN 12 PEOPLE MAY BE PRESENT at the house and if not respected will be deemed in violation of our agreement.
NO PETS ALLOWED on the premises.
NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. We are very good friends with our neighbors and respect peaceful country life.
Outdoor Rules:
NO GLASSWARE OUTSIDE – INCLUDING BEER AND WINE BOTTLES. Acrylic and plasticware are available in the kitchen for outdoor use. No eating when inside the pool/spa. Draining and cleaning the pool/spa due to food or glass, the security deposit will be held and you will be charged any additional fees for pool maintenance.
NO RUNNING IN POOL/SPA AREA. The concrete area around the pool can be slippery. Adult supervision is required at ALL TIMES when children are present in and around the pool. Before using the pool/spa, the liability waiver must be agreed to when agreeing to the rental terms and conditions.
The security deposit will not be returned if any rules are violated.
