Experience modern comfort at this lovely 5BR, 4.5BA home in North Central Phoenix. With 3 ensuite bedrooms, a large pool and spa, and spacious patios, it's perfect for families (and your pet!). Young kids can play on backyard playset while parents relax, with pool and spa safely fenced.
Nestled between 16th and 7th Street Restaurant Rows, the house is minutes from hiking trails, the Arizona Canal, and amazing food & drink. Ideal for exploring downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and major events like Spring Training.
POOL & SPA:
Spa uses an electric heat pump which in most weather conditions brings the spa up to fully heated temperature (100 degrees) by 8pm nightly and heater will remain on until 11pm. This heating schedule is included at no additional cost when booking the property. If you desire a different heating schedule or are interested in heating the pool, please reach out to discuss pricing.
The property has top of the line pool and spa equipment installed in 2024. We maintain the pool and spa regularly and do everything we can to ensure its full availability for guests. Even considering these efforts, all pool equipment occasionally malfunctions and may not be able to be immediately repaired. If guests lose access to spa (or pool, during summer) amenities due to equipment malfunction during their stay, they will be refunded $75 for each night those amenities are unavailable. Hosts will also work diligently to restore full availability of these amenities as quickly as possible.
PLAYSET:
The playset in the yard is only suitable for use by young children (5 years and younger).
BUNK BEDS:
The top bunks in the bunk bed room have a weight limit of 150lbs. The bottom bunks have a weight limit of 250lbs.
CAMERA DISCLOSURE:
There are 4 cameras on the property:
Doorbell camera (facing front yard and street)
Garage camera (located in south side of garage facing NW)
Back patio camera (facing back yard, pool and hot tub in view)
