Just a 7 IRON AWAY from the beautiful white sand and emerald waters of the Beaches of South Walton, this gorgous 5 BR, 4.5 BA home is just what you have been looking for! ** We are a 5 minute walk to the beach!! No expense has been spared in making this beautiful home, located in Dunes Estates, a destination to remember. The décor has been professionally done down to the smallest details. This is absolutely perfect for the family to relax and enjoy.
The 1st Floor is complete with two bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a large laundry room. The first bedroom can be used as a KING OR two TWIN BEDS with a bathroom in the hall. This bedroom has a TV and DVD. The second bedroom has a QUEEN BED, 36" TV with DVD player and side screened porch. This bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large walk in shower and walk in closet. The 2nd Floor is the main living area and it is absolutely fabulous. A large open floor plan for the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen allows the whole family to enjoy their time together playing games or watching TV (65" TV) with plenty of seating for everyone. There is a deck for grilling right off the kitchen. The main Master Suite is just off of the living area with a large, bright open Master Bath including a double vanity, large walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub. This Suite has a KING BED 36" flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a porch with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee off the master bedroom.
On the 3rd floor, there is a large Bedroom/ living area -a perfect place for the kids to escape. There are two over sized bunks- Twin over Full. The large flat screen TV with DVD makes for a perfect 2nd living area. The 4th QUEEN bedroom, also on the 3rd floor, has a large TV/ DVD and a separate door to the balcony / sunning deck. This bedroom is a retreat in itself for morning coffee or an afternoon book.
Our home is on a cul de sac, making it a great safe place for kids to ride bikes throughout the area without concern. Community Pool is 200' feet from the home and there is a Tennis court available for the family to enjoy as well! From the moment you arrive to the day you check out, 7 Iron Away will make you feel right at home. Visit once and you will want to make this SEAGROVE BEACH gem your family tradition for years to come.

Summary: We just returned from a very special time at the beach with our adult children and their children. Janet and Robert's beach house has a lovely beach vibe with crisp white beach decor and excellent bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living spaces! Our week at the beach was one of the hottest we have ever experienced, but our house was cool and comfortable at all times and on all three floors. The children loved the bunk room on the top floor, which was very spacious and equipped with a large tv and a sofa on which to enjoy it. One of the things we liked the most about this house is the number of comfortable swivel chairs and spaces to sit and relax, talk, and watch tv together. It was truly a family room that encompassed the kitchen area and a large square dining table area where we prepared and enjoyed several home-cooked meals. We also loved the outdoor balcony off the family room/kitchen where a nice Weber grill sits along with comfortable seating and a ceiling fan. A great place for kids to eat popsicles, too! We rented a golf cart to help us get people and beach toys to the beach, which really is a necessity, since you are not right on the beach. You are not able to park the cart for any length of time, so we had to take it back to the house after unloading items and people, and then the driver walked back to the beach. If there is a negative, that was the negative for us. The owners were wonderful and took care of small issues with the house while we were there.
