Summary: Our family had a mini-reunion in Round Rock, and this property was perfect for us in many ways!! The beds and pillows were comfy, the layout was great with most bedrooms being upstairs (plus a loft overlooking the common areas below), while also having the master bed/bath and an extra bathroom down on the main floor (which was great for my 60-year-old knees : ). The seating for meals and games was plentiful, the neighborhood was nice, and our host, Thomas was VERY kind and responsive! There were new pump soaps and quality toilet paper throughout. Great water pressure, and we never ran out of hot water, even with our group of 9 often needing to shower at similar times, etc. We loved so much about our stay. That said, there were a few speed bumps: the dishwasher didn't work, a toilet needed a new valve, so it ran a lot, and a big rainstorm revealed a leak in a window well. HOWEVER, we were very grateful how responsive Thomas was when we let him know of these issues. Also, there were a few cleanliness issues which we spoke to him about, and again, he was very apologetic and responsive, and we truly trust it was a case of timing where Thomas didn't have the opportunity to know of these issues and remedy them in advance. He trusted his cleaners, and it seems they were in a time-crunch between the previous party leaving and ours arriving, so he didn't have time to inspect, and they might not have had time to do a thorough job. We are confident Thomas will resolve all these!!
