Semi oceanfront with the beach access just one house down across the street, the biggest decision you will have to make is whether to beach it or enjoy the private pool! The transformation of this established beach property is amazing! Not only is “Chilla Villa” a great chance to enjoy cozy character with lovely updates and décor, bring the family dog to enjoy the week with you! “Chilla Villa” accepts dogs so the whole family can stay together. You will enjoy great views from the rooftop deck, of course, but the wall of windows in the great room gives you lots of light and some views of the ocean. Imagine yourself cooling by the pool in the afternoon after a morning on the beach. There is a handy half bath in the large laundry room on the bottom level for easy access with kids from the beach or the pool. Let’s start with the bright, beachy white open concept great room, dining and kitchen. The kitchen sink is in the bar facing the great room (and of course the view). Never feel left out again as you prepare meals for your family. The kitchen includes new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The large island between the kitchen and great room makes it easy for everyone to participate preparing the meals and is a super spot for a quick bite or breakfast after your morning walk on the beach. The dining table is large enough for 10 and the bar seats 4. The screened porch off the dining and great room gives you a chance to stay in the ocean breezes all day and night.
