Welcome to Le Petit Chalet, a charming 2-bedroom house, ideal for up to 6 travelers, located on the route de Lorient in Rennes.
This 57 m² residence offers a warm, modern atmosphere, equipped with fiber optics for fast, reliable Internet access. The spacious 28 m² main room features a pellet stove, creating a convivial living space. The fully-equipped kitchen caters for all your culinary needs, with appliances such as an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob.
The accommodation includes two beautiful bedrooms (one with TV), furnished with two double beds (140×200) and two mezzanine single beds (120x200) accessed by a miller's ladder offering a touch of adventure to your stay. Please note that, due to the particular design of the ladder, its use is not recommended for children.
Two bathrooms with shower and washbasin are also available in each room, and 4* hotel-quality amenities such as sheets, towels and tea towels are included. Your bed will be carefully prepared on arrival.
For your convenience, housekeeping is included, and the owners have invested in additional equipment such as a high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Take advantage of the lovely south-facing terrace, with garden table and chairs, for relaxing moments in the open air.
The ideal location in Rennes gives you easy access to all nearby shops, restaurants, bars and markets (pharmacy, bakery, organic grocery store and Carrefour Market less than 300 m away).

A bus stop is located just outside the entrance to the house (Kerviler stop - line 11), and metro line B is a 7-minute walk away.
We would like to inform you that due to the contagious excitement of a soccer match in Rennes, Rue Kerviler is temporarily transformed into a pedestrian zone. This means that parking is temporarily unavailable on match days.
