1. Location: it is located at the Patong residential area, just 1 kilometer walking to the beautiful beach area of Patong. Along 1 kilometer, there are Top Supermarket, 7-11, Restaurants, Street Foods, Fresh Market, Banks, Largest Fitness Center, Tour Counters, Massage shops, Motorbike rental shops, a lot of tuk-tuk/taxi available and whatever you need for your stay, you can get everything you are looking for at this area.
2. A big newly renovated with new air con, new curtain, new floor with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (shower room) ensuite with an opened closet/wardrobe. The layout is suitable for couple, as it is an opened concept of bathroom within the bedroom with private main door of the bedroom and door between bedroom and bathroom. Please understand the layout before you book the apartment, you can look at photos.
3. Private Fiber Optic WIFI is installed for private use, even the whole building has provided internet system but we do understand your need to work at home. Everyone has online business and works so there is no worry about strong WIFI (300/300 Mbps), strong enough to enjoy WIFI system by all member in the apartment.

How do I get to the Apartment?
You can get a taxi at the airport. The airport is approximately 45min drive from the property. You can contact Host to help, if you can not book taxi booking online.
Are rates per person or per room per night?
The price is per whole apartment per night. Prices are inclusive of electricity and water. We do not provide daily or weekly cleaning and change linens, please contact Host to buy this service for Thb800 per time. Host can help to arrange cleaning and linens laundry services with fee applied.
How many people can sleep in the room?
The maximum number of guests are stipulated per listing. Please ensure that the room you wish to book can accommodate the required number of guests.
Does the rate include breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the price.
Can I make bookings for tours and attractions at the property?
Yes, we have a fully operational tour desk in front of the main entrance that can assist you with booking tours and attractions.
How far are the property from the beach, shopping malls and other attractions?
Patong Beach is 15 min walk, Jung Ceylon Mall and Bangla road night life are approximately 25 min walk from our property.
Is early check in / late check out possible?
Standard check in time is 14:00 and check out 11am.

A nice/newly renovated 1 Br/1 Bath just 1 Km away from Patong Beach. This property is located at the southern end of Patong Bay a short walk from the beach and street foods/night market. This location offers both privacy and tranquility and yet easy access to all that Patong has to offer. There are also other beaches and tourist attractions easily accessible from this location like Kata/Karon Surf beaches. It has all amenities for you. We have 300/300Mbps fiber optic WIFI/Lan wire for your works
Please note:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any cigarette odor in the apartment will be charged a penalty of 10,000 Baht.
- No Durian or Mongosteen consumed in the apartment due to its smells and colors on linens unwashable. Penalty of 5,000 Baht will be charged if do not obay.
- Water and electricity are included in price.
- Your guests are welcome in the apartment but please note that you will be held responsible for any damages/theft/misconduct caused by your accompanying party
- Pets are not allowed
- Do not throw tissue in the toilet bowls
- Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, any use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authority.
- Please keep all valuables in the lock box provided and keep all bags locked when leaving the apartment. Host will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
- You should leave the apartment before or at the check-out time stated. (Please contact host in advance for any possibility of late check out)
- Before leaving, you are obliged to leave the apartment in good condition, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied.
- Whenever you leave the apartment, please off the lights, air cons and water, we have full right to enter your apartment to off it when you go out. The main reason is to prevent any Fire accident, which you will be responsible in full.
