Experience Italian lifestyle in an authentic and original way. relaxing and tranquil ambience with three outdoor areas: o large terrace with pergola to the south and lake side narrow balcony to the lake side o spacious and diversely planted garden on several levels - a holiday oasis. The holiday flat is on the ground floor, on the upper floor lives a friendly and obliging elderly lady who lives in seclusion. Below the property runs a serpentine road with local traffic. Surrounded by meadows and other country houses with village character.
Beautiful small and shallowly sloping beaches are about 1 - 1.5 km away below.
Large window fronts that let in a lot of light and offer a beautiful view of the lake and functional furnishings with everything you need characterise your holiday home.
