This lovely 2BR-1BA Pilot House condo is located at the Baytowne Wharf, Sandestin Resort! With two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a family area, and one full bathroom, this property will comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Our stylish family room is tastefully designed with comfort in mind, and features plenty of seating for everyone, a flat screen TV, and a sleeper sofa plus complimentary WIFI. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. There is dining seating for five guests and kitchen bar seating for three. Our master bedroom features a queen mattress and a flat panel HDTV. The guest bedroom offers a full size bed and a flat panel HDTV. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the oversize balcony overlooking lush tropical gardens. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring beach towels. You will enjoy the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex located just steps away! There is a lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, children's pool and grilling area. A full exercise room is available to our guests at no charge, and there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax!
