Walgreen, beauty salon, and beer bar with a full-size Public Grocery Store adjacent to the Vista Cay Resort. Drive Times to your favorite attractions and POIs: *15mins drive from the Airport(all highway) *15mins to Disney (all highway) *9mins to Universal and Island of Adventure (straight down Universal Blvd) *5mins to Sea World (You can see the fireworks from this Resort) 3mins to the North/South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center. 50mins to the nearest beach, Cocoa Beach (all highway) 10mins to Both Prime Outlet Malls in Either Direction

NO pet in our property! We love pets too but pets will result much more cleaning work to meet our cleaning standard.

Summary: Just about everything with the property was fantastic. It's modern, clean, has all the amenities you need. The Door lock battery died. The owner responded quickly to remedy the issue, but we had to sit outside in the 90 degree humid weather after a long day at the volleyball tournament. The next day, the AC stopped working and it was hot in the house. Again they responded quickly and had an AC repair guy over in about 2-3 hours. Essentially things were just really dirty and the filter I saw that was replaced was black. A little preventative maintenance will go a long way. Regardless, we still really enjoyed the stay!
