Positive: The place is in a good location, very close to beach , lots of restaurants and also very safe. The apartment is in a neat condition and very modern appliances. I really enjoyed looking at the beach in the morning. Though it was cold the time we went , it was definitely warmer in the apartment which was good. I loved the controls for safety with the gate and at reception. It’s definitely a good place
Negative: No cleaning service even just extra bedding. It was cold the time we went and there was nothing extra to use. We had to do laundry of our bedding everyday to keep it fresh and I would have thought at least extra bedding would have been great. We also ddnt have backup power during load shedding so we had 2 hours of darkness which to me made it a bit uncomfortable as I had such high expectations of the property as it is in a good location and everything else was fine
Summary: Overall it’s in an excellent location apartment looks really good
