Positive: The location is perfect! You are a 5-7 minute walk from the Hot Springs and right by the river. The host was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. The check in process was very simple. The unit was very clean.
Negative: There is a great outdoor common area near the river for grilling and parties that is maintained by the home owner association (HOA). I suggested to the host that if this area was enhanced it would make the stay even better. He is going to contact the HOA.
Summary: Would definitely stay again!! A real gem.
