Included: satellite TV (Spanish, German, English, French, Dutch channels), safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, pots, dishes, sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels, fan, welcome kit.
It has Wi-Fi and normally with good speed. However it may happen that the signal is not stable in relation to atmospheric conditions, since it is a satellite signal. Furthermore the connection is limited: 8GB per week at maximum speed, it is sufficient to browse and use e-mail, but NOT to download videos and music.
The building has an elevator, but you have to walk up the last three floors.
