One lot from dunes and private beach, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths newly redone, wall to wall carpeting, central air and heat, LCD TV/Monitor, Cable TV, DVD, New Modern well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar, dining room table seats six, living room seats seven, screened-in deck furnished for eating and relaxing, water view from deck, one bedroom double bed, two other bedrooms have twin beds, washer and dryer provided, parking and grill, decorated in light colors, enclosed outdoor showers, half bath at ground level when at beach, convenient location to village of Bethany Beach (1.5 mi.), Ocean City (12 mi.), and Rehoboth (3 mi.). No main streets to cross to beach. Residential family area and playground, no high rises, low density. Thorough Spring cleaning done yearly. This is a condo in a four unit building. Professional cleaned before and after every tenant. Next to Delaware Seashore Park. Sea food Restaurant is walking distance. Contract in writing.
