Wood pellet stove (can heat for long periods unattended). Extra bed possible in living room or downstairs bedroom. Cot, high chair on request. Damage deposit: 200€. Cleaning on request (fixed rate: 40€). Last minute bookings for overnight stay possible (120€). Parking area and shared grounds (2 hectares). 4 other gîtes on-site (total capacity: 20-25 people). Next to gîtes the old railway station serves as reception area with TV lounge, WC, shared utility room (washing machine, tumble drier) and warden's accommodation on 1st floor. Large separate dining room on ground floor of old station (seating 20-25 people) which can be used for free if you rent 4 or 5 gîtes at same time - extra cleaning deposit: 40€. Kitchen area with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. Basketball hoop and volleyball net on site. Located on Fraîche Fontaine footpath accessible to people with reduced mobility and on national equestrian trail. Accommodation for horses possible.
