The flat is located approx. 700m from the train station and the centre of Timmendorfer Strand. The beach is approx. 1km away and the supermarkets with bakery are within walking distance (Edeka 650m, Famila 1km, ALDI 1.1km).
The flat is located at the back of the house and is therefore away from the street.
The living-dining area with a large window front and adjoining balcony is the centre of this modern flat. A dining area for 4 people, a fold-out sofa bed (160 x 200cm), a cosy wing chair and a 65" TV for cosy evenings or rainy weather await you.
In the separate bedroom with box-spring bed (180 x 200cm) there is plenty of storage space in the large wardrobe.
The fully equipped kitchen with 2-plate induction hob, oven-microwave combination, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination also has a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), a kettle and a toaster for you.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin.
The large balcony is furnished with a seating area and a table for 4 people, a sun lounger and a clothes horse. An electric awning protects you from too much sun.
The flat has a parking space in the underground car park (ATTENTION: The building was built in 1969 and the cars were much smaller than today. When the building is fully occupied, use of the car park is only possible to a limited extent).
Bicycles can also be stored in the associated cellar compartment.
The flat has free WiFi and Magenta TV incl. RTL+
A communal washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a fee.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
