Beach access:
Getting to the Beach is quick and easy.....you have 4 options:
* Walk....It's a leisurely 15 minute stroll along shaded paths. You will find a beach cart and wagon, chairs and umbrella in the storage closet outside the front entrance. Note, Shipyard provides a private beach access to the beach. Disregard the info that VRBO provides that mentions an 11 minute drive to public Coligny Beach. We have our own access that is much closer and easier to get to.
* Bike....The same path via bike takes only 5 minutes (note e-bikes are not permitted anywhere in Shipyard)
* Take the beach shuttle, new for 2024! Info will be provided to all our guests.
* Drive....Drive to the Shipyard Beach Club and park in the Beach Parking lot.
* Be sure to display your Beach Parking Pass on your car dash during peak season (included with your parking pass, one pass per week)
Parking at the Beach Club is limited during peak season. If the parking lot is full...drive a little further to Port o' Call. Park in the Port o' Call parking lot and take the free shuttle back to the Shipyard Beach Club Beach Access. Or, take the beach shuttle!

2nd bedroom is equally as comfortable with a Queen and Twin bed, ample closet/storage space, large, flat screen tv.
Tastefully Appointed Fully Equipped Kitchen with bar seating for 4, perfect space for dining and gaming! New dishes and many new pots and pans, July 2020. New stove Feb 2021, Additional new dishes, Keurig and Toaster July 2022. New Dishwasher March 2024.
