The 250m² 18th century house has been completely renovated using luxury and natural materials.
An exceptional fully and completely private wellness area of 120 m² is open all year round in an exotic garden, it is equipped with a sauna, a spa, an indoor swimming pool and relaxation areas (lounge , deck chairs...)
Many interior and exterior spaces are dedicated to conviviality: two living rooms, a dining room for 8 people, a fireplace, two terraces, a solarium while ensuring the privacy of the three bedrooms.
All its equipment, facilities and spaces are entirely private.
The 3 suites are each equipped with large beds and a bathroom. The common rooms are spacious: a living room of 50 m2 with a cathedral ceiling and a reading room with fireplace. All spaces are air-conditioned.

The house is made up of two separate buildings:
The main body, dating from the 18th century, houses the large living room (living room / dining room), the reading room, two suites (2 large bedrooms with bathroom, and a separate WC).
The old dovecote, bread oven is a stone building dating from the 19th century, located opposite the swimming pool, it is an independent parental suite.
The large living room:

- The private 8 x 3 m outdoor swimming pool (salt electrolysis) with its submerged beach is heated in season (June to September). It is bordered by a wooden terrace with shade sail, deckchairs and hammock. The swimming pool has a safety device of the diving alarm type but remains open to the garden (which can constitute a risk for young children).
- The private garden of 700 m2 with trees is planted with fruit trees (figs, plums, hazelnuts) and local essences. A beautiful wooden terrace sheltered by a shade sail allows you to have lunch outside (outdoor dining table for eight people and barbecue).
