The spa have a UV system. Our bathrooms are tiled from floor to ceiling and sanitized easily. Our kitchen Has granite tops and the flooring is all porcelain driftwood look. Because of all these high-quality materials our house is easier to maintain and sanitize. Even our back deck is tiled and covered.
