Renovated within the past year, all new furniture, flooring paint, bathroom. Ethan Allen furnishings, this is not your average vacation rental. This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located in the prestigious Paradise Valley area of North Scottsdale and sleeps 2-4 people. The complex has a tropical 5 star resort quality pool area. This area includes a large heated pool, hot tub, 2 gas BBQs, and a full workout gym. The condo is located on the second floor of a two story complex in the quietest location and unit in the complex. The crowd in the complex is fairly mixed, however most of the units are rarely used vacation homes and it is very relaxing and quiet. Condo is recently renovated with all granite counter tops and tile floors throughout. The ceilings are vaulted to 10 feet, and there is a fireplace in the living area. Private patio off the living area of the unit. The condo also features our own WIFI network and a phone with free local calling. One covered assigned parking spot and lots of guest parking available. The condo itself is complete with contemporary furnishings. All the furniture and fixtures are less than 1 year old. Living room has a large comfortable sectional couch, 60 inch Panasonic 1080p plasma in living room and 46 inch Sony plasma in bedroom (complete with full HD cable, including every sports channel) and a PS3 (which is also a Blue Ray player). Kitchen is complete with everything needed to cook high quality meals, including knives, all kitchen appliances, even spices. All granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances make the kitchen a joy to cook in. Dinner area has a table with seating for four. Bathroom has an oversized tub. The bedroom has a queen bed, again accented with nice contemporary furnishings and linens. The unit has a full size washer and dryer. Everything you need to have a great and relaxing vacation in Scottsdale is in the unit. Although the unit is a 1 bedroom we do have an aerobed that blows up in seconds complete with a headboard, many visitors have slept on the aerobed in the living room. For a portable bed it is extremely comfortable. Four people can comfortably stay here much more comfortably than two hotel rooms.
