Located 20 min from the airport, this beautiful 1700 sq ft 2 bedroom, 3 full bath luxury suite is located at Villa La Estancia Beach Resort and Spa, Riveria Nayarit in Nuevo Vallarta and has all of the conveniences of home including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The 500 sq foot outdoor terrace has 2 lounge chairs and 2 large outdoor dining tables with seating for 6 and a bar fridge with outdoor sink. This villa is located on the 3rd floor and has fabulous ocean views of Bay of Banderas.
Option to purchase the all -inclusive meal plan thru the resort which also gives you access to the restaurants and pools and nightly entertainment at the adjoining Villa del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort. Room service is also available for additional fee.
Full grocery store is located 10 minutes away by taxi or Uber. There is a convenience store located at the Flamingos. The town of Bucerias with restaurant, bars, and shopping is approximately a 30 min stroll on the beach.

Summary: We went with our kids and grandparents. The unit was a great fit giving our family unit and the grandparents a space for ourselves to retreat to if we wanted, but then we shared large balcony with a great view. Marcy was prompt and helpful in her communication.
