There is something special about the red Swedish cabin! A classic red cottage with white details, painted in fall red and with a small chimney on the roof. The beautiful original details give a fantastic charm to the house. Welcome and enjoy a home with expansive views and closeness to nature. You live undisturbed but comfortably. The house has everything you need for your stay, it is still a outhouse but it´s very fresh, water heater in the kitchen and a water hose that is connected to the shower for the shower cabin that is in one of the sheds. Instructions will be in the guest folder. There is a large sleeping loft on the upper floor with open areas, a double bed 180 cm and a few single beds. You are greeted by an open hall in the cottage, next to it is the family room with sofa, dining table and an adorable fireplace in the center of the room. On the second part of the lower level is the kitchen, which also has a dining area and everything you need to prepare what you want, in the kitchen there is a beautiful old wood stove. Next to the main house is a barn where the owner built a guest room with a bunk bed, the beds are extra wide 140 cm. Out in the small shed on the farm is the fresh outhouse and the shower cubicle is in the shed next to it. You have your own garden with lawn and scenic surroundings for games, relaxation and socializing. There is a patio with patio furniture and barbecue. For those who like nature, you can hike, cycle, pick berries and mushrooms. Swimming area at Storsjön 2.5 kilometers from the house. "Brevens bruk" is worth a visit to discover the area and eat good food at the inn. The Högsjö area has many flea markets and farm shops, keep an eye out. If you want to go on other adventures and discover the big city of Norrköping, it takes about 1 hour by car. Art and culture are a big part of Norrköping. In the heart of Norrköping lies Knäpingsborg with ancient buildings and its cozy restaurants, bars, cafes and lots of shopping. There are many old industrial buildings that have been preserved and the stream that flows through the city. Worth a visit is the picturesque town of Söderköping with all its charm and the Göta canal passes through the town with its beautiful passenger boats. Just outside Norrköping is Kolmården, the Nordic region's largest zoo, safari park and rides. If you want to go on a longer day trip, it's about a two-hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby. Welcome to relax in your private garden or keep an eye out for birds and deer.
