Come relax at this large 4 bedroom, 4 full bath pool home, just minutes from the beach. This home is located near plenty of restaurants, shopping and beaches. There is Publix and Walgreen's within a mile, along with restaurants, gas stations and bars. There's also a bait shop and boat ramp 4 minutes away with charters. From there, just over the beautiful Belleair Causeway, you're on Gulf Blvd. Here you'll find Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Beach and Sand Key beach along with many bars, restaurants, beach equipment rentals and souvenir shops. About 10 minutes north on Gulf Blvd, you'll be at world renowned Clearwater Beach, with endless things to do.
At the end of the day, you'll have plenty of space inside to enjoy with your family and friends. The home has 2900 sq. feet of in-door space with a large open living room, where everyone can be. Plenty of towels, linens, fully equipped kitchen, pool towels, washer and dryer. There is plenty of space outside as well, with a very large deck with pool, covered dinette area and enough room to hang out and relax enjoying the florida sun. There are loungers and an outdoor sectional with plenty of seating. The backyard has several plants and trees giving you the feel of a true Florida home.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. We have a toddler booster chair, pack and play and a baby monitor, for our younge guests.
