Frank Bay hidden gem! Immaculate and cozy very private separate stand-alone condo bungalow, part of small 5 unit condo association. Separate entrance and parking. Brick patio at entrance with lush plantings. Large pool located on upper patio and only a one minute walk from Frank Bay beach and art gallery - three minute walk to Cruz Bay. Spectacular interior stone wall and cathedral ceilings with AC throughout, washer, dryer, solar panels, and generator. Fully furnished with all necessities including kitchen with microwave, convection toaster oven all utensils and dishes, etc. Gorgeous landscaping, very quiet traditional Caribbean neighborhood, 3 min walk to Cruz Bay town, ferry dock, restaurants and shops. Water view from outside covered porch off of living room. Spiral staircase leads to upstairs loft with 3 twin beds and full bathroom and small outside deck with lovely views of St Thomas, Frank Bay and sunsets. Recently updated bathrooms with tiled showers and glass doors. En suite master bedroom, internet and wifi. UV sanitizing and double filters provide pristine collected rainwater. This cottage sustained absolutely no damage in hurricane Irma or Maria, it is in a very sheltered spot.

Summary: Luciah the property manager is wonderful. The house was gorgeous and spacious. The location was great - close to town with a nice sized hill to climb each way. The hills helped us with PT after knee surgeries ha ha. I wish the windows could be opened at night for this time of year, but other than that it was perfect.
