Welcome to luxury living! My 4000 square foot home in Upper Manhattan features 5 Bedrooms/4.5 Bathrooms, a backyard, private roof deck overlooking the city, and a fully stocked kitchen. The home is perfect for larger families and corporate retreats. Additionally, the space is perfect for private events and intimate dinners. I am very particular about who I rent to so when you inquire about the house, please tell me a little about yourself. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited.

This 4 floor, newly renovated Townhome, located on a tree lined street in the Washington Heights section of Upper Manhattan. This home has been meticulously designed, furnished and decorated with pieces from DWR, Crate & Barrel, Ligne Roset and other high end furniture designers. In addition the artwork and mirrors that adorn the walls have been carefully curated by our award winning home designer.

At the front end of the ground floor you'll find a spacious Queen bedroom decked out with premium quality bedding, dresser and closet space .
Up one flight to the 1st Floor.
You'll find my well appointed and fully stocked Chef's kitchen to be perfect for cooking at home.Full size Stainless Steel appliances and everything you need to cook a feast if you so desire! You are welcome to it.
Large Kitchen Island with Seating for 4 people.
The Dining room is right off the kitchen and boasts a beautiful Dining table with seating for up to 10 people.
Your 2nd Floor is NEXT!!!
On this floor you now have 2 Bedrooms.
Beautifully designed queen bedroom with desk area for studying/workspace.
Down the hall sits another bedroom with a queen bed. Spacious walk in closet. Crip/ Pack and Play are available upon request.

The first bedroom is an ABSOLUTE MASTER KING SUITE - Huge room, furnished with a Luxurious super comfortable King bed and an Extra Large Ensuite Bath with custom built walk in closet.
