CAPACITY:
This house sleeps 10 comfortably but can accommodate up to 12 if you use the couches. You’ll have full access to the entire main house and backyard.
The Michael Phelps Swim Spa is multi-functional—set as a hot tub in the winter and a pool in the summer.
CONVENIENT LOCATION
We are near the US Border (Peace Arch Crossing or Pacific Highway) and Highway 99. You can reach Vancouver International Airport or Downtown Vancouver in under 40 minutes.

We’re always available if you need assistance! The house is on private property, with shops just a few minutes’ drive away.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• ID Requirement: A fully refundable incidental deposit + photo ID may be required at booking.
• Plenty of free parking on-site.
• Exterior security cameras monitor 24/7 (no cameras inside the house).
There’s a separate building on the property (fenced off) with workers who leave around 7 AM and return by 5 PM. They do not have access to the house or driveway.
PAYMENT TERMS
1. Deposit:
• A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to your stay to secure your booking.
2. Remaining Balance:
• The remaining 50% is due 14 days before check-in.
3. Non-Refundable Processing Fees:
• A 5% non-refundable processing fee applies to each transaction made.
4. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations follow our cancellation policy. Processing fees are non-refundable.

- NO JUMPING OR DIVING INTO THE SPA
- WE DO NOT ADVISE YOUNG CHILDREN TO USE THE HOT TUB. In the event that you allow a minor to use the HOT TUB, they must BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
- HOT TUB TEMPERATURES CANNOT BY LAW EXCEED 104 DEGREES.
- NEVER USE A HOT TUB OR SPA ALONE.
- LIMIT TIME IN THE HOT TUB OR SPA TO NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES.
- NO GLASS PRODUCTS WHATSOEVER IN OR AROUND HOT TUB.
DO NOT USE A HOT TUB OR SPA IF THE WATER TEMPERATURE IS MORE THAN 104 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT.
- THE HIGH WATER TEMPERATURE IN A HOT TUB OR SPA WILL ACCELERATE
DROWSINESS IF A PERSON HAS CONSUMED ALCOHOL OR IS TAKING DRUGS,
INCREASING THE RISK OF DROWNING
