Welcome to this beautiful, newly constructed bay front home on Broadkill Beach!! With all of the views, your stay will be the beginning of a lifetime of love for Broadkill and its beautiful beaches.
Enter through the ground level and walk up (or use the private elevator) to the second floor with three of the four bedrooms. There is a primary bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom as well as two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom.
The top floor has an open living area with kitchen and dining space as well as an additional bedroom with a private bathroom.
Take in unobstructed views of the beach and water from the large screened in porch and open decks. The owners have even fenced in the yard for your furry friends.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: General comments- Ways to have improved our stay: 1)We could not light the fireplace 2) Mattress pad in 3rd floor bedroom was stained with blood 3)Screens on the patio doors were hard to move and in some instances did not close fully in the center, allowing bugs to come in 4)Remotes on some ceiling fans did not seem to work 5)There were no warmer bed blankets for colder weather Things we especially appreciated: 1)Location of property and lots of doors/windows 2)Kitchen nicely appointed 3)Labeling of kitchen cabinets and light switches!! 4)Elevator when moving in and out 5)Screened porch on 3rd floor 6)Nice furnishings throughout the house-Very comfortable! 6)Three and a half great bathrooms 7)Fenced yard for dog 7)Large driveway
