* Recently renovated 5 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with large boathouse and sundeck (45ft by 22 ft deck) on top of the boathouse to sun during the day and enjoy the stars by night.
* The upstairs boasts central a/c and heat, a large living/dining area with magnificent lakeview, updated eat in kitchen with skylight and sliding glass doors to a deck with additional seating for 8 and a propane grill. There is also a full bath(walk in shower) and 3 bedrooms , queen bed in each room and ceiling fan.
* The downstairs has 2 large BR's with a full bath(walk in shower) and a den. The master has a queen bed with adjoining bath and the other BR has 2 twin or king bed and a set of bunk beds. Both rooms have magnificent views of the lake and individual A/C units and sliding doors to a comfortable patio area with a wine barrel table
* Ceiling fans in all rooms (except den). Flatscreen TV with Internet access in Den and Living room, and 1 downstairs BR.
* Parking area for 5 plus cars.
Enjoy fishing off the dock, or dive off our diving board and swim to floating raft and relax in the sun. A canoe, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards and lifejackets are available in the boathouse for your use as well as noodles for floating in the lake. Also a hot tub is available for your use!

Summary: We absolutely loved our weekend stay at this waterfront oasis on the quiet southwest side of the lake, an easy drive or boat ride from the charming town of Skaneateles. We sailed, paddle boarded, biked and swam in the lake and can't imagine a better location. The "cottage" was spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped with a modern kitchen and flat screen TV. A perfect place for a family reunion or a quiet week of vacation . The owners are charming and very helpful in ensuring we had a wonderful stay.
