We offer pool heating for an additional $35 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90 (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.
We offer a propane grill. There will be a $60 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.
