Positive: While entering into the Marina Court it was looking so old. However this penthouse flat is very well maintained. Property looks nice and cosy. Around 13 People can be easily accommodated. Mr Denis is so helpful when I requested he guided me the local travel agent Mr Elwyn, who has well organised my day tour requirements. I recommend this place for big family or friends gatherings.
Negative: Marina court is old property. When i was staying only one lift was functioning for the whole D block. It was tiresome to wait in the lobby.
Summary: Best place for Family or Friends gatherings.
