5 Bedroom House in Holmes Beach
August dates will receive 15% discount! Ground level home with large pool and tiki bar. Our home has been totally renovated with all new flooring, bathrooms, furnishings, paint and linens. This spacious ground floor home is located about a block to the white sands of the Beach of Anna Maria Island on the Gulf of Mexico on a quiet street with no thru traffic. Very centrally located to all of the shops and restaurants in Holmes Beach.

You are vacationing in a residential Area. Please be a good Neighbor by keeping noise to
a respectful level. Please be mindful of loud music and loud voices or activities, especially around pool area. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive people of the peaceable enjoyment of their private property.
Our HVAC systems are equipped with germicidal UV lights which reduce biological contamination and improve air quality.
There are two living areas and a large dining area.
The first bedroom has a queen bed and a private half bath, Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are master bedrooms with a king bed and an adjacent full bath each. The fifth bedroom (children's favorite) has two queen beds. The second and the fifth bedroom share a hallway full bath.
The front entry room has a large 50"flat screen TV and a sofa. The living room also has a large 65" flat screen TV. All bedrooms have Smart TVs with built-in Roku and OTA digital antenna reception. The glass back wall opens to the screened lanai and spacious pool area.
Huge, heated pool, beautiful landscaping, Tiki Bar, space for beach toys (not provided, but often left over by previous guests), beach cart.
Friendly and competent local management ready to help quickly if need arises.
Bicycles and golf carts are always available to rent on the island. The public trolley runs about every 15 minutes.
