Located at the top end of a quiet street close to downtown Queenstown. The lake is located at the bottom of street. There is easy access to Frankton Road and ski bus stops. Perfect spot to base yourself.

Guests have access to the garage for storage of ski's, bikes, golf clubs etc - you cannot park a vehicle in the garage.

Such a well spaced out house.

If you are after heat in the winter & cooling in the summer this house has you covered individual Reverse Cycle AC units in the downstairs bedrooms. And the added bonus of underfloor heating in the bathrooms and the feature gas fire. You are not going to want to leave!
Although it is always good to have a car in Queenstown it is not essential to have one when staying at 18 The Terrace. Town is walking distance (about a 15-20 minute walk depending on how many photo stops you take along the way). There are local & ski bus stops about 550m away on Frankton Road.

Summary: An absolutely amazing property, views, facilities and host! The house was perfect for our 2 family group travelling from ANZ, with 4 rooms on one level and 1 room with an attached but private small kids day bed/bed room on another level. The little ones loved sleeping in the day bed/bed room. The property has 3 rooms with king beds, 2 rooms with 2 x single beds and 1 day bed room with a double mattress (suitable for young kids). They can configure one of the 2 x single bed rooms as another king for a total of 4 x king bedrooms for couples travelling together. The host is wonderful and very organised/helpful. Property was clean, will furnished with everything you could want for your stay. The spa and that view are just magical. Clean, tidy, and modern.
