There is also a very practical mini market that provides everything necessary for your stay.The interior of the house is modern and spacious, designed to provide comfort and relaxation. The living room, bright and airy, features high ceilings and a flat-screen satellite TV. Doors leading to the patio allow natural light to flood the space and offer direct access to the pool, connecting the dining room with the outdoor terrace, creating a perfect environment to relax.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals during your stay.Villa Nogués has 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant rest during the hot summer nights. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, while the other four bedrooms have two single beds. The villa has a total of 3 bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.To enjoy pleasant summer nights, the villa offers covered terraces where you can enjoy a drink or dine outdoors. It is also the perfect place to relax with a good book during the day. Additionally, the villa has a small but charming pool.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
