Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Spacious house in a useful setup. Simply but effectively built. Equipment is good and comfort was overall really nice. Check-in and out was simple. Location still ok, but it is part of a bigger property with similar houses around.
Negative: The rules are extremely strickt. I do understand that care needs to be taken but either in the past a lot of misuse happened or the owners are overly worried. The way how rules are set and communicated, and penalty payments are set as a thread, made our stay much less enjoyable. We always worried anything we did not do according to owners plan would be a costly problem (jacuzzi, trash, leave house clean - the simple things, not the obvious ones like larger damage). Jacuzzi is a good example: cover was missing clips, but the T&C make you liable for any damage - I left with a misc feeling knowing I didn’t do nothing. Fortunately, the owner seemed to know but it was not communicated beforehand. Therefore, I would not rebook it.
