The chef's kitchen is complete with a large pantry, Thermador appliances, quartz countertops and shaker cabinets. Featuring a split floor plan, each bedroom has its own walk in closet and bath. Plenty of space for entertaining, an outdoor kitchen, a heated pool with views of the barn and paddocks. There is a private, gated entrance to the 8-stall center aisle barn with breezeway, 6 paddocks, 2 wash stalls, fly spray system, automatic waters and fans in each stall, 2 tack rooms, an oversized storage garage and laundry with large garage doors. The recently expanded and laser graded riding arena is fenced and measures 110 x 220. Direct access to the bridle path - easily hack to Wellington International Horse show or to the Wellington Environmental Preserve. Preference given to renting the barn and house together. 1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.

3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
