This home has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Sleeps 14 comfortably. Site D9 is VERY close to the beach. Approximately 75 yards and a one minute walk away. Just steps from the water park, pool, and arcade. Features a large deck overlooking a canal. Perfect for sunbathing, dining, or just relaxing. Plenty of room underneath home for parking. Outdoor hot/cold shower.
Located in Ocean Lakes Campground. A 300-acre private oceanfront, gated family friendly community with 24-hour security and award winning amenities including indoor & outdoor swimming pool, splash zone, water park with slides & lazy river, basketball courts, volleyball, shuffle board, horseshoes and much more. Free to guest.
Linens are optional. Please contact property manager if interested. The charge will be $200. Includes delivery and pickup for sheets for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bathmats, and kitchen towels.
Parking is $15 per day per vehicle payable to Ocean Lakes. Enough space for up to 4 vehicles. You will receive an email from Ocean Lakes with information to register and pay online for express passes if processing time is allowed. No additional cost for express passes. Otherwise you can get parking passes upon arrival.
Must be 25 years of age to rent and accompany any minors during the entire rental period. Please do not book for minors.
All Ocean Lakes Campground rules, policies and SC laws apply. Any Ocean Lakes or home rule violations may result in removal with no refund and forfeiture of deposit.
The owner/property manager shall NOT be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to any guest on property/premise.
Home is well maintained. Please report any damage or hazards to property manager immediately.
Check in is 4 p.m.
Check out is 10 a.m. (late check out will result in $50 per hour fee from deposit)
