Summary: We chose this property for its location and the number of en suite facilities. In that respect it was brilliant. The communication from the owner was also very good with a great response to our request to rectify the lack of cutlery. However, the cleanliness of the house needs to be addressed. There was dirty laundry left in the understairs cupboard and most of the kitchen cupboard were "sticky". The front bedroom had a faint whif of cigarette smoke and all the duvets were just a little too small. The overall impression is one of a house that would be ideal for a bunch of students but falls short of a professional let. It's a shame because the communication from the owner was very good and the location was ideal.
