Treetop at Seacrest Beach is a gated community with entrances on 30A and Highway 98, deeded beach access and a community pool. This quaint, secluded neighborhood is nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach offers privacy and is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at Seacrest Beach, Alys and Rosemary Beach!
The home has 5-bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and is 2.043 sq ft. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a 35” Verona range, Viking refrigerator, dishwasher. quartz countertops and decorative tile. It is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. The kitchen opens to the dining and living room, with plenty of seating at the table and in the living room for everyone! Relax and watch your favorite team on the 70” Flat screen TV in the Living room.
Right off the living room is the large covered SCREENED-IN porch…PERFECT for entertaining with custom cabinets, grill and a 70” flat screen TV!!
Outside there is also a new enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand from the beach.
In addition to the neighborhood pool and deeded beach access nearby (with a shuttle running from Spring Break to Labor Day), the shops and restaurants of Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach are walking / biking distance, where you can rent bikes, grab a cup of coffee, browse the shops and enjoy an ice cream cone. Kids love to scour the candy shop at least once during the week! There are also award-winning restaurants within walking distance, for everyone! Don't miss Charlie's donut truck in Alys Beach which offers gourmet donuts until they are sold out.
Treetop at Seacrest Beach is only 10 minutes from world renowned Seaside and Watercolor communities. Biking trails, tennis courts, Golf courses are only a short drive. A 30-mile walk, jog, bike trail is at your doorstep. You can rent YOLO boards, kayaks, go fishing, boating, visit one of the nearby State parks, shop at the outlets, take in a show, visit a Spa, or have a bonfire set up on the beach. • Deposits are fully refundable minus a 10% cancellation fee of the total rent if cancelations are made at least 61 days prior to check in. There are no refunds with less than 61 days prior to check in.
• Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date

• Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-10 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, lost/damaged bikes or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $500.00 (up to $1000 during spring break weeks)
