LIVING THE DREAM - This property is quite private with a waterfront of 312ft of frontage. Boasts a large lounge area on the front deck. Deck with Muskoka chairs facing the lake. Dock with Muskoka chairs. Deck with lounge furniture. Boathouse with 3 boat slips, 2 in the boathouse, and one outside (covered boat port). Featuring a lovely sun deck from the upper boathouse with lounge furniture. The small picturesque bridge connects the main cottage and boathouse.

Open to the kitchen and Great Room this dining room hosts a grand dining table for 12 and walks out to the deck.
GREAT ROOM
This Great Room is a fantastic spot to relax with its 2 sided fireplace (wood-burning). There is a large area with sitting for 8 and a smaller intimate sitting area for two on the other side of the double-sided fireplace. In addition, there is a reception room off the front door that includes a baby grand piano. All of these areas have walk-out access to a deck that runs the length of the front of the cottage.

Games Room with Pool Table, Foosball Table, Sofa, TV, Fireplace (wood-burning) and walkout to a large area that is a Muskoka room. When the electric screens are lowered and an outdoor deck when they have been raised.
