Custom Mediterranean home on 10 beautiful, private, peaceful acres. Enjoy the incredible views off multiple balconies and covered patios . Horses and livestock allowed. This home is approx. 5,000 square feet and features stone walls, tile flooring, French doors, large kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths with 3 master bedrooms! Plus a private library area upstairs with it's own balcony. The master bedroom is the size of a small apartment and features a fireplace, living area and private balcony. Huge dining room with sitting area also features a stone fireplace. During your stay you will enjoy the sunsets on the balconies with great views. It is so relaxing and a great place to get away from it all. But hop in your car and you're minutes away from a quaint downtown, beautiful spring-fed rivers, a lot of shopping including a Prime Outlet mall and more. Great for family and friend vacations, as well as reunions and wedding/family /youth group events. San Marcos is a great location. It's close to Austin, New Braunfels and San Antonio! Only 35 minutes from downtown Austin..
