*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through May 15, 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck, as well as beach access and walkover, will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Beach House Pool located next to Beachside II, the Phil Hummel Pool on the north side of the resort and the Linkside Pool opening January 2025. Guests can access the beach from the resort’s private beach access, the Hilton public beach access or the Beach House Restaurant – all located less than .25 miles from Beachside II, with the main access connecting right next to the building. Rates during this time will reflect a 15% discount.
Located on the beach side of The Resort, our 5th floor studio at Beachside II features plush furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony and unbeatable views of the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition to all the amazing amenities The Resort has to offer, guests can enjoy Beachside’s seasonally heated pool, BBQ area, fitness facility, tram service, free parking, and private beach boardwalk. Hop on the tram and head over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf or take a ride around the resort and check out the beautiful scenery!
4247 Beachside II offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. In addition to full-size appliances, our spacious kitchen offers a toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, and traditional drip coffee machine. The dining area features a table with seating for four and a charming window seat. Designed with comfort in mind, our beachfront studio offers plush furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa, and a luxurious king bed overlooking the sand and surf. The bathroom has been newly updated and features a spacious walk-in shower with custom tile.
For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit and high-speed WIFI is complimentary. The Beachside II pool is seasonally heated and there is direct access to the beach via private boardwalk. Guests can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the beach hut or use the umbrella and 2 beach chairs provided in our unit. Tram service is complimentary.
The Resort offers something for everybody. For the golfer, there are 4 championship golf courses. For the fitness buff there are 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14 tennis courts, basketball courts and an on-site fitness center. The 98 slip Marina will satisfy the water sports enthusiast with kayak and jet ski rentals. Shoppers will delight in a variety of specialty boutiques at The Village of Baytowne, Grand Boulevard or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. For those in need of a little rejuvenation a full-service spa is available. Jolee Island offers nature paths, rock climbing, water slides, pirate ships, and tree houses. At the end of the day, The Village of Baytowne offers casual dining, fine dining and live entertainment whether relaxing at the pier or dancing the night away!
