"Charming and perfectly located" describes this lovely condo located at Pilot House in Baytowne Wharf! With one bedroom, a pull out sofa, and two full bathrooms, this property will comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
Our family room is comfortable and cozy, and features a pullout sofa, WiFi, and a flat screen smart TV which allows guests to stream their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and HBO accounts. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the back patio with outdoor seating. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. Our master bedroom features a king pillow top bed with custom linens and a flat screen television. With two full bathrooms, this condo is perfect for two couples or a small family. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.
Walk to the Baytowne Wharf or take the tram to the beach for an afternoon in the sun. You will enjoy the remarkable Baytowne Wharf tropical swimming pool complex located a few steps away! There is a sparkling blue lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub and grilling area. A full exercise room is available to our guests at no charge, and there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax!
The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.
The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is miniature golf in the resort, and adults can enjoy golf on several different courses.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. The condo was nice enough. It’s needs updating. The golf cart & parking are my biggest complaints. First, my code to get into the parking garage didn’t work. When I called beach blue properties as it says on my reservation instructions, I had to leave a message. All the while illegally parked in the loading zone with groceries & kids in the car. I went into the condo & found a business card. Luckily, the owner answered right away & gave me a different code. The parking garage is so tight you have to fold in your side mirrors to get in & you might not even get a spot due to ot reaching full capacity. My biggest complaint about this particular unit is the golf cart. I rented the unit that came way cart because I wanted to use it. This one was so ancient it took me a minute to figure out how to operate it, but I couldn’t find the switch to turn on the headlights. Maintenance did send someone on Friday morning to look at it because one of the headlights were completely removed from the socket & sitting on the dashboard. Come to find out, the switch for the lights was missing & the headlights & the brake lights (all lights) did not work. I still drove it around during the day which was illegal since you have to drive on the main highways, but I could not drive it at night. Other than that, the room was well located & clean so we still had a good time. The pool was nice as well. I probably wouldn’t rent there again unless it was significantly cheaper than the rest.
