The resort is situated near several popular attractions, including Shipwreck Island Water Park, St. Andrew’s State Park, Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park, and Panama City Beach Publix Sports Park.

The resort package includes one parking pass and armbands.
Parking Garage Restrictions: Height of 6’9” and length of 18’ (including hitches or attachments), and a width of 8’6”.
The parking garage is heavily utilized during peak seasons. Please exercise patience during peak periods.
Elevators are also heavily utilized during peak seasons. Please be patient while waiting for an elevator.
A signed short term rental agreement is required with a copy of a valid picture ID.
Payments for the reservation will be displayed as “HOLDEN’S BEACH RENTALS (HBR)” on the guest’s bank card statement.

Summary: The condo is very well decorated and had everything we needed. Only drawback about our trip was the construction that was going on in the building’s exterior. I would definitely stay here again.
