2 Bedroom Condo in Orange Beach

This is it! You have just found the best little condo on the sand you could imagine! It's priced right and is just a few steps from the water! This condo has it all: A private balcony with a Gulf View (You can hear the waves), a short board walk to a sugar white sand beach with showers, gas & charcoal grills (The gas is complementary!), covered parking, an outdoor swimming pool that has another half which is an inside swimming pool, a HOT TUB, granite upgrades, a King master bed with a private bath with a shower, a queen & twin bedroom that adjoins a bath with a shower, plus a sofa sleeper, a recliner & 3 HDTVs, and a full size washer and dryer (So you can pack light!)
The beds are made with fresh linen and there is a set for the sofa sleeper! The bath & kitchen linen is supplied. Please bring your beach towels and make up removal wipes. There is a roll of tissue paper in each bath and basic amenities in the baths & kitchen so you don't have to shop until the next day. Bring coffee, disposable paper goods, trash bags and food. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. There is a full size fridge with an ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. I never know if the grilling utensils will make it back to the condo, so you might want to bring some.
Sometimes guests leave beach chairs and toys, but I can't promise there will be some every time. There is plenty of shopping close by if you need items. There is a "Beach Vendor", so you may rent loungers with umbrellas seasonally. Canopies are allowed on the beach, but certain areas may be designated. All gear & canopies must be removed from the beach every night. You may bring up to 2 cars.
There is lots to do close by and lots of restaurants! Pack the sunscreen!

Summary: I stayed the first 3 nights alone and didn’t like the fact it was not a keyless entry where the code can be changed per guest stay. All I kept thinking was who has made a copy of this key? May sound unrealistic but not in this day and age. There are a couple of simple maintenance issues that should have been caught between guest stays. The master bath outlet didn’t work and the sink didn’t drain properly. In the kitchen the ice maker didn’t work and there was a skillet that needs to be trashed and replaced, there was rust on it. Very cute condo. Excellent location! The price was right and I’d probably stay again.
