Perfect for 8 people, with the extra studio unit on top of this 3 bedroom home! We have all the basic amenities of a home. The kitchen comes with a cooking hood, hub, kettle, and fridge for light cooking purposes. Bathroom provided with towels, shampoos, and hair dryer. It also come with a washer and a dryer where guest can clean and dry their cloth in the apartment. If you are driving, indoor parking is provided and there's plenty of legal (free) outdoor car park outside the apartment. MRT (Taman Pertama station) is within 4 minute walk next to Shell Gas Station beside the condo building, which is superbly convenient! Located at ground/G floor is a grocery shop, hair saloon & laundry for guest convenience. A 5 minutes drive will take you to Giant Viva Home and AEON Supermarket for your grocery needs. For convenience, we highly recommend using Grab. From the airport - The best way to get to our place is via Grab. However if you plan to get here by public transport, we suggest you take theKLIA Express to KL Sentral, and switch to MRT by walking to Muzium Negara. Do speak to us in advance if there are any inconveniences. - A replacement fee of RM 150 will be charged for missing keys/access cards. - Excessive cleaning fee will be charged necessarily (cigarette smell, stubborn stains etc). - Extra cleaning and linen services available upon request at an extra charge - feel free to check with us for more details. - Guests to pay for utilities for monthly bookings.
