Wake up in the morning, have a double shot of espresso, drive the car up the hill and ski down one of our 6 Ski runs measuring over 1500 linear feet with a drop in elevation of about 400 feet. There are 3 large fields for you to Shred down and we would be more then happy to provide Ski and Snowboard lesson for any group size on property. 22 deeded acres attached to 153 acres of Steamboat Lake Association “Open Space”. Hike for hours, or just drive your friends up Olive St and enjoy your own private ski runs. There’s no one poaching your powder out here.

Clark Colorado is a beautiful quaint city set in Millions of acres of National Forest surrounded by 3 lakes and endless Trails for Snowmobiling, Atving, cross country skiing , back country skiing, hunting and hiking.
You will Need an SUV with 4 Wheel Drive in the Winter from November through May. It's very easy to get around the property an to the top of the ski hill in a 4x4 or walking. ATVs and Snowmobiles are welcome if the liability waiver is signed.
